EMP Abstract III
Acrylic Prints have vivid colors and an amazing sense of depth which is almost like looking through a window. The light that is reflected off the print is visually "trapped" within the acrylic and when properly lit, appears to be illuminated or back-lit. Acrylic prints are created by face mounting a metallic gloss paper print on to a sheet of 3/16 inch cast acrylic sheet. A shadow mount is then attached to the back of the acrylic print for a frameless contemporary display. Acrylic prints are rated to have an archival life of 80 years or more.
Metal Prints have a high gloss finish which is striking for vivid colors and image depth which looks almost 3 dimensional. They have a magical luminescence which is so durable they are rated to have an archival life of 100 years or more. Metal Prints are created using dye-sublimation technology to infuse inks on to specially coated aluminum panels. The hard surface is very durable so there is no need to be covered with glass or plexiglass. Rob Tilley Photography metal prints are available framed or with a frameless shadow mount.
These glicee prints have a matt finish with vivid color and texture resembling a watercolor painting. German Etching Paper prints are printed using archival inks on heavy weight, acid free paper rated to last 80 years or more. These prints should be framed under glass or plexiglass to protect the print.
These prints have an extremely glossy surface which almost looks like glass. Supergloss prints have high color saturation, remarkable sharpness and image depth that looks almost 3 dimensional. The rich colors of these prints are rated to last 60 years or more. Supergloss prints need to be matted and framed under glass or plexiglass to protect their finish.
